For 2023, Christian Leibinger again expects double-digit sales growth. A particular focus will be on patient-specific solutions. "The demand for patient-specific solutions has increased strongly. We are continuously working on expanding our range of applications and offering additional indications," explains Christian Leibinger.
To be able to realize the ongoing growth, the KLS Martin Group is expanding its capacities at various locations. Plans for the new company headquarters, the expansion of the logistics building, and a new parking garage in Tuttlingen are already in full swing. "We are glad to have the city as a partner at our side to support us in our construction projects," adds Karl Leibinger. Construction is also going on diligently at the Jacksonville site in the USA. Here, the new research and development building with production facilities is scheduled for completion this year.
The integration of the two Mühlheim-based companies Rudolf Buck GmbH and Mondeal Medical Systems GmbH, as well as the Fridingen-based company Lawton GmbH & Co. KG, is now almost complete. More changes are in store in 2023. "During the year, the three remaining operating companies of the KLS Martin Group will be merged into one company, which will operate uniformly under the name KLS Martin in the future," explains Thomas Hipp. Specifically, the three German companies are Karl Leibinger Medizintechnik in Mühlheim, Gebrüder Martin in Tuttlingen, and KLS Martin in Freiburg.
"For 2023, many events are again planned in Tuttlingen and on-site with customers. Also, the annual sales meeting in February could finally take place again in presence in the KLS Martin WORLD visitor center in Tuttlingen after two years," Michael Martin is pleased. On this occasion, 200 colleagues were on site. In addition to clinical presentations and an outlook on 2023, the program also included various product workshops.
