A large part of the growth was generated by implants for CMF surgery. In addition to the USA and Germany, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Australia were important markets for the group. "We are proud that we once again exceeded our ambitious sales target in 2024 and were able to achieve significant sales growth, particularly in the saturated markets," reports Christian Leibinger, (Managing Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the KLS Martin Group.
Over the past year, the individual locations have grown even closer together, and the number of employees increased by 18% to over 2,400 worldwide. Around 50% of employees work at the company's German sites in Tuttlingen, Mühlheim, Fridingen and Freiburg.
The KLS Martin Group is also aiming for double-digit sales growth in 2025. "To realize the planned growth, we will once again invest significantly more than the industry average in new buildings, production, and research and development in 2025," explains Thomas Hipp, Managing Director. The ground-breaking ceremony for the new logistics center at the Tuttlingen site took place in January. A parking garage for employees is already being built across the street from the KLS Martin Campus (Ludwigstaler Straße, towards Nendingen) and should be completed by the end of the year. In addition, a new building for development and construction is being planned at the Mühlheim site, which will also house a company restaurant.
A few weeks ago, the annual sales conference was also held, and employees from all locations attended. In addition to reviewing the past financial year, a look into the future was taken, and new products were presented. "The KLS Martin Group has many innovative products in the pipeline for 2025. A particular focus in the future will be on software solutions and support from artificial intelligence," reports Michael Martin, Managing Director.
The KLS Martin Group is confident about the new financial year and is looking forward to further growth with new products, premises, and new colleagues.
