The promotion of young talent, a high level of quality and a varied training program have always been part of the tradition. The Mühlheim-based company has been training apprentices itself for over 100 years and around 15 trainees are hired every year. Together with the Tuttlingen site, the group employs 44 trainees in ten different occupations. These include tool and machining mechanics, technical product designers, industrial management assistants or dual students in the fields of international business or mechanical engineering.
Some of the criteria measured in the study included "training success", "training allowance", "training quota" and additional offers for trainees. Apprentices and students at the KLS Martin Group receive a fair salary, work in a modern environment, expand their knowledge through a variety of practical projects and are supported throughout their training. As assurance, all trainees are employed by the KLS Martin Group at the conclusion of their program.
Additional services such as English lessons, a company fitness program, yoga classes, annual trainee trips and employee events, as well as the opportunity to spend time abroad are just a few of the advantages that trainees in the group can enjoy.
Supporting our young colleagues in the company on their way to becoming fully qualified employees and mature adults is a matter close to the heart for the group of companies. "We attach great importance to training with a future, because the majority of our specialists and managers come from our own ranks and we are very proud of this," confirms Christian Leibinger, President and CEO. The great performance of the company in this study on the quality of vocational training will encourage those responsible to continue their successful contribution to our employees of the future.
