The evening featured a festive and inviting atmosphere, with pleasant music, delicious food, and engaging conversations. "The large number of 60 employees who were invited today, speaks for a good working atmosphere over many, many years, and of course also for all those celebrating anniversaries who have remained loyal to the company for a large part or even their entire professional lives. I want to congratulate all employees from the bottom of my heart and thank them for their contribution to the success of the company, from which we as a city can, of course, also benefit", says Jörg Kaltenbach.
"Once again, this year, we can look back on many decades of service to the company by our employees celebrating their anniversaries. We are delighted to be able to host this special evening once more in a cheerful atmosphere at KLS Martin WORLD and to honor our long-standing employees for their commitment and loyalty", says Christian Leibinger, Managing Director.
Claudia Schwarz, Michael Schmid, and Wolfgang Rabus celebrated the most extended service to the company with 45 years. Edwin Maier was honored for 40 years of service. Sabine Schneider, Anita Harich, Uwe Ott, Kai Bürger, and Dietmar Kola for 35 years, and another 51 employees celebrated their 10, 25, and 30 years of service.
"We are delighted that we are once again able to celebrate this year's anniversary on such a grand scale. We want to thank all those celebrating their anniversaries for their many years of loyalty and commitment to our company. In a time of constant change, it can no longer be taken for granted that our employees have been with us for so many decades, and we greatly appreciate this. We have experienced a lot together over the years, created new things, celebrated successes, and overcame challenges - it's nice to look back over the years on an evening like this", said Karl Leibinger, member of the Board of Directors.
An appropriate supporting program was also arranged for the celebration, like each jubilarian receiving a gift for their long service, and Karl Leibinger, Christian Leibinger, Michael Martin, and Thomas Hipp engaged in conversations with the celebrants, sharing stories from the past alongside a picture show. This added to the warm atmosphere and created many touching moments throughout the evening.
