10 years ago KLS Martin UK started out of a small office in Reading city centre, with two sales reps and two office staff. As we look on ten years later, we have had two office moves and now base ourselves out of a much larger office and warehouse with 13 employees in the UK dedicated to supporting all CMF clinicians.
To celebrate our anniversary, we have asked some of our colleagues what they enjoy most about working for KLS Martin UK and about their personal highlights in the last ten years.

“I have had the pleasure of witnessing the company grow from strength to strength. We have increased staffing levels to make sure we have kept up with the demand for KLS Martin products, and last year we moved to larger premises to accommodate everyone and to also include a large warehouse to hold all of our stock. The increased space has created a better working environment and improved efficiency and we are proud to now call this our KLS Martin Home!“

"My first months have been an interesting and different start to say the least due to COVID.... but I have loved every minute. I have had continuous support from my amazing team around me in field and at the office. I sadly haven’t yet visited the head office in Germany and I really look forward to doing so. I also look forward to supplying more surgeons in the North-West with our fantastic extensive product range within CMF and neuro."

"I first joined the company as a Territory Manager in the South-West and have since then seen huge changes and growth with KLS Martin UK and the KLS Martin Group as a whole over the years. The completion of KLS Martin WORLD, our new implant production building and other investments within the group are extremely exciting to see. KLS Martin UK is now a totally different business and we continue to support CMF surgeons across the UK to the best of our ability. The short- and mid-term future of the business looks very exciting indeed and I am looking forward to the challenges we will face along the way.

Spending 80-90% of my time in the operating theatre with the surgeons, I am now lucky to count many of them as personal friends, which is awesome. I love the fact I have built a very successful territory with many of my surgeons referring to me as ‘the go to guy for Maxfax’ which I am very proud of. Our future looks very exciting indeed. We will increase the office and sales team headcount to help keep customer service levels high as we continue to grow. In 2022, we will again be Platinum sponsors for BAOMS, this time in London hosted by the President Mr Robert Bentley.
